Venue Hire

Looking for somewhere to hold small business conferences, wedding receptions, wedding anniversary celebrations or birthday parties, Howick Little Theatre's two function rooms are available for room hire. These rooms are ideal venues for workshops, "away days" and training days. Both rooms are air-conditioned, but have opening windows, and come with a large portable whiteboard. The Blue Room, which is larger, also has a sunny deck on one side. The 110-seat flexiform theatre is also available for limited use. Please note that we do not hire the facilities for 21st birthday or engagement parties.

The Theatre 

The 110-seat theatre is available in three seating configurations (the "L" plan, the traditional proscenium arch, and the thrust stage – not pictured):

The Blue Room

The larger of the two, this room is attached to a kitchen and bar area and opens onto an outdoor deck. It will seat up to 60 people with furniture in various configurations. Equipment includes 15 tables (75cm x 1.2m) and two long tables (75cm x 2.1m).

The Green Room

Slightly smaller, this room can be used for meetings, smaller gatherings or special occasions.
